Own a diversified fund of 10 to 12 luxury vacation homes, valued between $3 and $7 million each, in a variety of beach, mountain, leisure, and city destinations.
Our points of service include extensive pre-trip planning, personal concierge service, onsite local hosts, and attentive daily housekeeping.
When the homes are sold, we distribute net proceeds to investors until 100% of their investment has been returned and the lion’s share of appreciation thereafter.
VACATION WORLDWIDE
Enjoy 15 to 45 nights a year travelling to well-appointed, multi-million-dollar homes around the globe spanning more than 25 countries.
ALIGNED INTERESTS
Our investors receive annual audits by a top-five accounting firm along with independent appraisals.
TRANSPARENCY
We don't succeed until you do. Annual expenses are shared equally amongst investors. We deliver services at market cost with no up-charge, like a cooperative.
